30-day returns on new, uninstalled parts in original packaging. If a part we said fits doesn't, we cover return shipping.
- What if the part doesn't fit?
- If our fitment data said it fit your saved vehicle or model and it didn't, we'll send a free return label and help find the right part.
- How do core charges work?
- Remanufactured parts like alternators and starters carry a refundable core charge. Return your old part in the same box within 30 days for a full core refund.
- Can I return electrical parts?
- Uninstalled electrical parts can be returned. Installed electrical parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty instead.
