Installation notes
- Check the filter and drain hose first — clogs cause the same symptoms.
- Disconnect power at the breaker before starting.

Turn off power and water.

Remove the filter and bail standing water.

Press the pump cover tab and twist out the old pump from inside the tub (most models).
- 4
Transfer the wiring connector, seat the new pump and twist to lock.
- 5
Restore power and run a drain cycle to check for leaks.

Bosch 00631200 is the genuine replacement drain pump for many Bosch 100/300/500/800 Series and Thermador dishwashers. It supersedes 00620774. If your dishwasher leaves standing water, hums without draining, or shows error E24/E25 after the filter and drain hose are clear, the pump is the usual culprit.
